Dear Parents,

If your son and/or daughter has joined competitive band for 2015-2016 and you have chosen to volunteer the 12 hours, the files are in the links below for the events that we need your volunteerism. Quite frankly without you volunteering for the fireworks stand and field show in particular, we wouldn’t be able to have these fundraisers and would lose almost $30,000 that we typically earn in profit. So thank you so much for your time and effort. We really appreciate your support.

You will see separate files for the fireworks stand, field show, other and telephone solicitors. Our published request is 4 hours fireworks stand, 4 hours field show and 4 hours other. But we fully understand you all lead very busy lives. So if you are someone that needs to volunteer as much as 8 hours for a particular event, that is OK. If you want to do 12 hours, I would need to approve that request.

So please review the files and email me at koska13 @ yahoo.com. Include "Parent Volunteer" in the subject line of the email. Include "Parent Volunteer" in the subject line of the email. Then in the email tell me the event, date, shifts you can work. Tell me also the full name of the person working and the student in the Band or Colorguard that you are working for to get the credit. This way I can keep track of your hours by student. Also please provide the best phone number to reach you. We do follow up with calls prior to the event to remind you of your work shift.
